| 1. | Please use the original invoice number as your RGA number for any return. |
| 2. | Returned material must reference the Breakers Unlimited invoice number on which it was purchased and state the reason for return. If you are unable to determine this information contact your Breakers Unlimited sales representative for help. Material returned without an invoice number and reason for return will not be processed. |
| 3. | Inoperative (Defective) Material will be credited if it is returned within two (2) years of the invoice date. Note: Damaged material is not considered inoperative. Please reference shipping policies for this material. |
| 4. | Material returned within 180 days of purchase in its original condition will be credited in full. Note: Panelboard link kits and replacement contact kits must be returned in unopened cartons to receive credit. |
| 5. | Please pack returned merchandise well. Breakers Unlimited is not responsible for damage in return shipment. |
| 6. | Please return new circuit breakers and fuses to Indiana, refurbished circuit breakers to Georgia, and fusible panelboard switches, bus plugs and replacement contact kits to Colorado. |
