Shipping Policies

1. All shipments are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
2. Shortages and Material Shipped Incorrectly must be reported within five (5) working days.
3. Failure to report shortages and/or material shipped incorrectly within five (5) working days will constitute acceptance of the shipment as noted on the packing list.
4. Concealed Damage – Please inspect all shipments carefully to ensure material is in good condition. Breakers Unlimited is not responsible for damage discovered more than five (5) working days from the date of receipt.

Material Damaged in Shipment

  a. Material received damaged must be reported to your UPS driver or representative within five (5) working days. Note: UPS requires that all packing material and the original shipping carton be retained for inspection.
  b. Damaged material returned to Breakers Unlimited without a UPS claim number cannot be credited and will not be returned.
